2. It is understood that all posting fees are to be paid in full to The Crowning Closet via Paypal before an item is listed on our website.

3. It is understood that the initial posting fee is $3.99. “Featured” items will incur a fee of $9.99. Seller must completely fill out the "SELLER'S FORM" and proper payment must be received by The Crowning Closet in order for an item to be listed. All posting fees are the sole responsibility of the Seller. 

4. Once items have been posted, posting fees are non-refundable without exception.

5. The Crowning Closet reserves the right to change or alter any requirements, specifications, or posting fee prices at any time, without prior notice.

6. It is understood that any items posted on The Crowning Closet will stay on our website for either a period of one year (based on the date a particular item is visibly posted onto The Crowning Closet website) or until otherwise sold to any Buyer, per the Seller's notification of The Crowning Closet that the item has been sold. Once the year is up, items will be removed from The Crowning Closet website. Sellers will have the option to renew any and all posts of unsold items.

7. It is understood that The Crowning Closet is not responsible for any unsold item.

8. It is understood that The Crowning Closet reserves the right to modify any and all pictures submitted, as well as the descriptions of items.

9. The Crowning Closet reserves the right to decline posting any inappropriate or unethical pictures, content, or items and that any fees paid to The Crowning Closet for such inappropriate or unethical items will be returned to the Seller.

10. It is understood that using The Crowning Closet to advertise or solicit for your own purposes is strictly prohibited, unless you are acting as an advertiser, in which case an advertising agreement has been made between you, the advertiser, and The Crowning Closet.

11. We reserve the right to modify and change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
